There is no resort fee. At your discretion, there is a recommended porterage fee of $10 / person round trip; and housekeeping $3 per room per day.

To make your reservation, please call 866-360-7395 (toll-free) and identify yourself as a participant in the Mayo Clinic Advances in Diagnostic Radiology course.

Special group rates are offered March 7-20, 2012 based on availability. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made prior to February 20, 2012. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability.

Guest room rate is exclusive of applicable taxes, which are currently subject to Florida’s 6.5% sales tax and a 6% City Bed Tax for a total of 12.5% guest room taxes (subject to change without notice). Guests must be 21 years of age or older for single occupancy. For double or more occupancy, there must be at least one person 21 years of age or over per room. Extra person charge above double occupancy is $25 per night. Children under 18 years of age stay free in their parent’s room using existing bedding. Roll-a-way beds are $25 per night.

Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Individuals may be checked in earlier depending on availability. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
