The Grand Hyatt Kauai is located approximately 16 miles (30 minutes) from the Lihue Airport (LIH). The resort does not provide complimentary airport shuttle service, but other transportation options are available.
All major rental car companies are represented at Lihue Airport and are located across the street from the baggage claim area. Taxi cabs are also available; a one-way fare to the Grand Hyatt Kauai is approximately $50. Rates are subject to change.

Deluxe Ocean View: $405 / night
A daily resort fee of $15 (inclusive) is included in the room rate. The resort fee includes in-room internet service, self-parking, access to the 24-hour workout facility, as well as many other services and amenities.
There is a mandatory porterage fee of $9 per person round trip; no additional gratuity for bell service is required. All room rates are based on single or double occupancy. For additional persons 19 years and older, a $50 charge per night is applied. Taxes are not included in the above mentioned rates. Special group rates are offered February 21-March 6, 2012, based on availability.

In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made prior to January 24, 2012. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability.
Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out time is before noon on the day of departure.
The Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology CME Office is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
Self-parking is included in the resort fee. Valet parking is available for $10 per day.
