Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Summarize the physics of ultrasound
- Discuss the basic applications of point of care ultrasonography
- Describe the limitations of point of care ultrasonography in the patient care
- Demonstrate the basic knobology of portable ultrasound machines
- Apply appropriate image acquisition techniques
- Interpret normal and abnormal point of care ultrasonography images
