Psychiatry in Medical Settings

Mayo Clinic faculty, board certified in psychosomatic medicine or related fields, review principles of psychiatric diagnosis; and treatment of patients managed in medical and surgical inpatient and outpatient settings. Target audiences for this course are family medicine physicians, general internists, psychiatrists, and selected medical and surgical specialists who manage conditions with significant behavioral or psychiatric contributions.

Maintenance of Certification

  • Maintenance of Certification (MOC) is available to MOC-enrolled diplomates of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
