This course reviews principles of psychiatric diagnosis and the management of patients in medical-surgical inpatient and outpatient settings. All faculty are board-certified in the subspecialty of psychosomatic medicine or related medical specialties. The target audiences are family medicine physicians, general internists, psychiatrists, physician assistants and advanced practice nurses.

• Maintenance of Certification (MOC) is available to MOC-enrolled diplomates of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).
