The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa has reserved a limited block of luxurious rooms at a special group rate of $265 (USD), plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 13.27 percent), per night, single or double occupancy, for course participants and guests. Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days after the course dates, based on group room availability. To ensure accommodations, make your reservation before December 28, 2012. Reservation requests received after 5 p.m. local time at the hotel on December 28 will be accepted at the group rate based on group room availability.
To make your reservation, call 800-354-5892 (toll-free) or book online. When making a reservation, identify yourself as a participant of the "Mayo Clinic Head and Neck Cancer" course. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.
Children under the age of 17 will stay complimentary. Third- or fourth-person rates are $50 each. A deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax is required to hold each individual's reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
Check-in time is 4 p.m.; checkout time is noon.
