The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa has reserved a block of luxurious rooms at a special group rate of $279 (USD), single or double occupancy, per night, for course participants and guests. Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days after the course dates, based on group room availability.
To ensure accommodations, make your reservation before February 6, 2012. Reservation requests received after 5 p.m. local time at the hotel on February 6 will be accepted at the group rate, based on group room availability.
To make your reservation call 800-354-5892. When making a reservation, identify yourself as a participant of the “Mayo Clinic Head and Neck Surgery” course. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.
All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 13.27%.
Children under the age of 17 will stay complimentary. Third or fourth adult person rates are $50 each. A deposit equal to one night’s stay ($279) plus tax is required to hold each individual’s reservation. The deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is received at least seven days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
Resort fee, bellman gratuities and housekeeping service charge will be at the individual guest’s discretion. Complimentary high-speed Internet in guest room and complimentary self-parking. Check-in time is 4 pm; checkout time is noon.
