Learning Objectives
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Explain the difference between sinus headaches and other types of headaches.
- Differentiate between various types of vertigo.
- Identify patients with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo and apply canalith repositioning maneuvers
(Epley).
- Identify and treat oral lesions and decide when to refer
- Evaluate lumps in the neck.
- Identify patients who may benefit from hearing amplification.
- Diagnose the patient with sleep disordered breathing.
- Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the draining ear.
- Diagnose and treat various nasal and sinus disorders and identify those patients who might benefit from surgery.
