Guest rooms at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando® have been reserved for attendees and their guests with a special course rate of $165, plus applicable taxes for single/double occupancy.
In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of August 14, 2012, whichever comes first.
The resort has extended the group rate three days before the meeting and three days after the meeting based on availability. Reservations will be taken following this date based on space and rate availability. Rooms are limited so early reservations are recommended.
When making reservations, identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Neuro-Ophthalmology Update and Review course or reserve online.
Parking at the hotel is provided by valet service ($24 per day/per car) or complimentary self parking for course participants during the course dates. Participants will also receive complimentary guest room internet service.
