Lodging Accommodations

Room Rates: $299 per night (plus 10.14% tax; and $2 per day Tourist Assessment) for Garden and Garden Fire rooms. Rates are based on single, double, triple and quad occupancy.

Group rates will apply three days prior to and three days after conference dates. The resort fee is waived. Access to the fitness center and high-speed internet in guest rooms is included. Maid and bellman gratuities are optional and to be paid at the individual guest’s discretion. Children under 18 stay complimentary.

The hotel accepts reservations at 877-422-4245 (toll-free). To guarantee an individual reservation past 6:00 p.m., an amount of $598 must be received by Bacara Resort within three days following the reservation.

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel individual reservation cancellation policy applies to individual reservations, unless otherwise specified. Please note if it is more than 72 hours from arrival.

Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out at 1 p.m. Valet parking is $21.
