Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

• Discuss the mechanism of action, indications, and adverse events associated with recently approved MS disease-modifying therapies
• Identify what patients would be candidates for these new disease-modifying therapies or switch from an existing one
• Discuss new techniques including OCT (Ocular Coherence Tomography) to assess MS disease progression
• Illustrate safety guidelines in applying new disease-modifying therapies concurrently with other types of treatment
• Discuss appropriate management of common MS symptoms
