Go east on East Sky Harbor Boulevard.
Keep right at fork, follow signs for AZ-202E and merge onto East Sky Harbor Blvd.
Keep left at fork, follow signs for AZ-202 Loop E/Tempe/Mesa and merge onto AZ-202 Loop E.
Take Exit 9 to merge onto AZ-101 Loop N.
Take Exit 41 for Shea Boulevard.
Keep right at fork, follow signs for Shea Boulevard, and merge onto East Shea Boulevard.
Make a left onto 134th Street and follow the signs for Mayo Clinic.
