Submit an abstract
You are invited to contribute to the content of this year's program by submitting an abstract for short presentation.

Mayo Clinic invites submissions on all topics relating to any challenging stroke case that may be difficult or pose a stroke management dilemma.

Presentations will be in poster display format only.

Course attendees and faculty will have the opportunity to view the poster presentations and ask presenters questions on Friday, September 28, 2012.

Submission guidelines
Provide an abstract that includes the following:

• Title of the project
• Author(s)
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Overview of the case

The abstract should be no longer than 300 words (not including, title, authors and affiliation).

Deadlines
The poster abstract submission deadline is Friday, August 17, 2012.

Notification to authors is expected to occur by Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

How to submit
Please submit your abstract using the form in the Downloads section on the left side by either:

Completing the form and faxing it to 904-953-6036.

or

Completing the form and returning it electronically via email.

If an abstract is accepted for the conference, presenters must register independently for the 4th Annual Stroke and Cerebrovascular Disease Review to attend.
