A limited block of guest rooms are reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $249 (single or double occupancy) per night at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa.

Group rates are honored three days prior, and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability. To make your reservation, call 800-354-5892 (toll-free) or book online. Early reservations are recommended.

To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled or by the expiration date of December 21, 2012. Reservations are taken following this date based upon resort room availability, at the contracted meeting rate.

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy applies to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.

There is no mandatory resort fee. Bellman gratuities and housekeeping tips are at the individual guest's discretion. Children under the age of 17 stay at no additional charge. There is complimentary high-speed Internet in guest rooms; and complimentary self-parking.

Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is noon.
