A limited block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $179 single or double occupancy per night at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort.
Group rates are honored three days prior and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability. To make your reservation, call 520-299-2020.
To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled by the expiration date of October 16, 2012. Thereafter, reservations are taken based upon resort room availability, at the contracted meeting rate. There is no resort fee. Maid and Bellman gratuities are optional and paid at the individual guest’s discretion. High-speed Internet is complimentary.
Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.
