This is the 9th triennial conference on cancer in American Indians and Alaska Natives. The NCI Community Networks Program: "Spirit of EAGLES" has its research base within the Mayo Clinic’s Comprehensive Cancer Program with Dr. Judith Kaur as the PI. For the past 6 Conferences, Mayo faculty and nationally prominent researchers in American Indian and Alaska Native health give reviews of new developments in prevention, screening, and treatment strategies. Registration has increased each time we have held this conference and attracts clinicians, researchers, students, policymakers, and patient advocates.
