Coastal view hotel rooms are reserved for attendees and their guests at the group rate of $219 per night plus applicable taxes.
In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of July 10, 2012, whichever comes first. The resort has extended the group rate three days before the meeting and three days after the meeting based on availability.
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. and checkout time is before noon. You may call reservations at 800-241-3333 (toll-free) or 904-277-1100 and identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Hematology/Oncology Reviews course or reserve online using the group code: MYOMYOA.
Rooms are limited so we encourage early booking. All parking at the resort is provided by valet service. Overnight parking at the resort is $14 per night. Day guest parking is complimentary. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is located 35 minutes from The Ritz-Carlton at Amelia Island.
