The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa has reserved a block of luxurious rooms at a special group rate of $249 (USD), plus applicable state/city sales tax per night, single or double occupancy, for course participants and guests. Group rates apply three days prior and three days after the course dates based on group room availability.
To ensure accommodations, book online or call 800-354-5892 (toll-free) before Jan. 28, 2013. Reservation requests received after 5 p.m. local time at the hotel on Jan. 28 are accepted at the group rate based on group room availability. When making a reservation, identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic gastroenterology course.
The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.
Attendees are responsible for their own reservations.
