The webcast fee includes general session lectures (see daily schedule) and access to an online course syllabus. A link to the online syllabus is sent via email one week prior to the course. This allows you to view, save or print the syllabus before participating in the webcast. If you prefer a printed copy of the syllabus (additional fee), check the respective box during the registration process. Due to printing deadlines, this option is not be available after Feb. 6, 2013.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your participation in this course, your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, is refunded when written notification is received by Mayo School of CPD on or before Feb. 6, 2013. No refunds are made after Feb. 6, 2013. Cancelled registrations are nontransferable.
