Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

• Identify patients at risk for cardiovascular disease
• Identify treatment protocols for COPD
• Identify medications that have been shown to improve CHF in most patients
• List evidenced-based clinical guidelines that improve patient outcomes
• Detect gaps in their primary-care knowledge base
• Identify patients that require sub-specialty referral
