Please note the early-bird registration deadline is August 24, 2009. After this date, the fee will increase by $75.00 for CVBR, ICBR and EPBR and $25.00 for the Echo Focus Session.

Cancellation Policy

Your registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by the Mayo School of Continuing Medical Education before September 18, 2009 (fax#: 507-284-0532).

No refunds will be made after September 18, 2009.
