Mayo Clinic Endocsopy Live – 2009 will be held October 8-10, 2009. Course headquarters will be located in the Kinne Auditorium, Cannaday Building, at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.

Lodging Accommodations

At 840 square miles Jacksonville, Florida is the largest city in the continental U.S. and boasts miles of sandy beaches, more than 100 golf courses and home to THE PLAYERS Championship, world class tennis, fishing and boating, shopping and a vibrant nightlife.  The Mayo Clinic campus is approximately 40 minutes south of Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) which is served by all major airlines.

A limited number of guest rooms are available for attendees and their guests at The Ponte Vedra Lodge and Club at the special discount of $175 plus taxes.  Or rooms are available at the Mayo Clinic corporate rate at the  other Jacksonville hotels.  In order to receive the special rate, you must identify yourself as traveling to Mayo Clinic. Please note that rates may change based on availability, and hotels often offer special seasonal rates advertised on their websites.  Advanced booking is strongly recommended.  Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.
