Early reservations are recommended. A limited block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $169 (single or double occupancy) per night at The Firesky Resort and Spa. Group rates will be honored three days prior and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability.
To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled or by the expiration date of Nov. 9, 2011. Reservations will be taken following this date based upon resort room availability, at the contracted meeting rate. There is no resort fee.

Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.
Ground Transportation: Hertz is offering a reduced daily rate for participants attending the course. Call 800-654-2240 (toll-free) and refer to CV Number #03NR0006 when making reservations.
