Managing Ophthalmic Challenges: a case-based, interactive approach

This course will cover current concepts in ophthalmology for the practicing ophthalmologist. It will discuss diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions from each of the ophthalmic subspecialties. It will consist of a case presentation format, drawing on audience participation by using the audience response system.

Minimally Invasive Surgery 2008 - Interactive Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery

This course is being offered September 26, 2008 and December 12, 2008. Laparoscopic colectomy has an ever-expanding role in the treatment of colon and rectal disease. This course will cover the indications and techniques of laparoscopic colon surgery for both benign and malignant disease of the colon and rectum. Participants will employ the techniques of laparoscopic colon surgery during the hands-on workshop.
