Airport shuttles may be arranged through Snowbird Central Reservations (800-453-3000) up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Walk-ups are accepted on a space-available basis at the Canyon Transportation desk located in the baggage claim area of the Salt Lake City International Airport. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival are nonrefundable.
Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the following Snowbird Resorts. In order to receive the special rate, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of Jan. 6, 2014, whichever comes first.

Snowbird requires a four-night minimum stay if a Friday or Saturday is included in the reservation (effective during January, February and March). Extended rate will be available on a space-available basis.
A two-night deposit per room is required at the time the reservation is made. Full payment of room and tax is required 30 days prior to arrival. Please note the cancellation policy when making your reservation. Individual lodging deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the arrival dates.
The guest room rate includes high-speed wireless Internet in guest rooms and public areas, USA Today, in-room coffee, valet and self parking at the Cliff Lodge, 800-number phone calls, incoming and outgoing faxes and 15 minutes of daily computer Internet usage at the business center, overnight ski and snowboard storage, weekly ski and snowboard movies, and UTA shuttle service between Snowbird and Alta resorts.
