Guest rooms have been reserved for attendees and their guests with special course rates at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort.
In order to receive the special room rate of $239 per night, reservations must be made before the room block is filled or before the expiration date of July 18, 2013, whichever comes first.
Reservations are taken following this date based on space and rate availability.Please identify yourself as a participant of the Mayo Clinic Success with Failure when making your reservation.
The area can be reached from a number of airports in the area. The Reno/Tahoe International Airport is the closest, located approximately 34 miles from the Hyatt Regency. It is recommended to rent a car during your visit in order to fully enjoy Lake Tahoe and its surrounding activities.
Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
To fully enjoy Lake Tahoe and its surrounding activities, car rental is recommended. Although there is taxi service in Incline Village, availability is not always immediate. The Hyatt does not provide shuttle service to or from the Reno/Tahoe International airport.

North Lake Tahoe Express runs shuttle service to and from the Hyatt and Reno/Tahoe airport.
The local bus system (Tahoe Area Rapid Transit) runs on the North shore of Lake Tahoe with a stop right outside the resort from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
