We are pleased to announce we have secured a limited number of guest rooms at Iberostar an all-inclusive hotel about 5 minutes from the CasaMagna in another beautiful location.

HOW TO GUARANTEE THE RESERVATION:

• Send deposit through wire transfer or charged to credit card for the entire stay at the moment of the reservation. Guarantee the reservation by filling up credit card authorization form and full charge will be applied upon check in cancellations and no-show will be charge one night to each participant.
• Cancellations will not be allowed at this point.
• Early departure will be charged full length of stay to each participant.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
Our check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our bellman staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Lodging arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.

Mayo School of Continuous Professional Development is not responsible for expenses incurred by an individual who is not confirmed and for whom space is not available at the meeting. Costs incurred by the registrant such as airline or hotel fees or penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.

Travel

Please check with your travel agent or airline for up-to-date information.

Participants entering Mexico from the United States or Canada will need a valid passport. No visa is required. Travelers are asked to complete a tourist card (FMT form) at their point of entry. Those coming from other countries need valid passports. Minors traveling with one parent need a notarized letter of permission from the other parent. The U.S. Department of State offers up-to-date travel information.

NIVI, DMC is the recommended transportation from the airport to the hotel. A special group rate is provided.
