The Enchantment Resort is located about two hours north of Phoenix. Temperatures here average 20 degrees cooler than the Phoenix area in the summer.
Early reservations are encouraged. A limited block of guest rooms have been reserved for attendees with a special course rate of $220 single or double occupancy per night. Group rates will be honored 3 days prior and three days following the course dates, based upon space availability.
To receive the special rate, you must make reservations before the room block is filled by the expiration date of July 11, 2012.
Reservations will be taken following this date based upon resort room availability, at the contracted meeting rate. The resort fee is $15 per room per night and includes high speed internet access in the guest rooms, access to the spa, nightly turn down service with bottled water, and local and 800 phone call access fees. Maid and bellman gratuities are optional and are to be paid at the individual guest’s discretion. Attendees are responsible for their own reservations. The standard hotel reservation cancellation policy will apply to individual reservations unless otherwise specified.
Ground Transportation: Hertz is offering a reduced daily rate for participants attending the course. Call 800-654-2240 (toll-free) and refer to CV Number 03NR0007 when making reservations.
Travel arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual registrant.
Driving Directions from Phoenix: Travel north on Interstate 17 to Hwy. 260 – Cottonwood. Take a left (North West) for about 15 miles to Highway 89A. Take a right on 89A and continue for about 16 miles. The second traffic light in Sedona is Dry Creek Road. Turn left and proceed North for 5 miles. Follow the signs to Enchantment Resort. Estimated travel time – 2 hours.
Alternate Route: Travel north on Interstate 17 for 100 miles to Exit 298. Follow 179 North toward Sedona. Continue through the Village of Oak Creek 15 miles to the intersection of 179 and Highway 89A. Turn left and proceed 3 miles through West Sedona to Dry Creek Road. Turn right and proceed North for 5 miles. Follow the signs to Enchantment Resort. Estimated travel time – 2 hours.
