The room rate is $219 single/double a night. When reservations are made, The Meritage requires a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within seven days of arrival; cancellations made prior to seven days will not be charged.
The hotel room block is scheduled to be held until Saturday, September 22, 2012, but may be sold out before this date, so early hotel reservations are recommended.
All hotel guests will be assessed a daily resort services fee of $20 per night, per room. When you make your reservation, please be sure to ask about any additional fees, early departure fees, or cancellation penalties.
