Due to the popularity of this conference, the room block may sell out prior to March 24, 2012; therefore, early reservations are recommended.
There is a courtesy shuttle service to and from Reagan National Airport available from 5 a.m. to midnight. Pickup from the hotel runs every 20 minutes at the top of the hour and 20 minutes and 40 minutes past the hour. There is a courtesy phone in the baggage claim area for guests to call the hotel directly for van pick-up.
Taxi fee from Reagan National Airport is approximately $6; from Dulles Airport approximately $40-$50.
