  September 28-29, 2012 =  $ 99 with CVBR

The registration fee includes tuition, course syllabus, daily continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch and dinner.

This course has sold out in the past, and the size of conference room facilities may necessitate closing registration; therefore, early registration is strongly advised.

A letter of confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of payment and completed registration. Registrations not accompanied by full payment will not be accepted. Please present the confirmation letter when checking in at the meeting registration desk.
