This three-day multidisciplinary conference explores current state-of-the –art techniques and program development to implement a blood management program in hospitals. This is a one-of-a-kind summit organized by leaders in blood management from Mayo Clinic, Hartford Hospital, Loyola University, and Cleveland Clinic, with faculty participation from all four organizations. Following the successful 2012 course, the program has been slightly expanded for 2013.

• When you cancel registration for this course 14 days or more before the course start date, you will receive a full refund (minus a $75 administrative fee). The cancellation must be received in writing. No refunds are granted less than 14 days before the course start date.
