TranFuse 2012 is a 2.0 day multidisciplinary conference devoted to exploring the current state-of-the-art techniques and program development to implement a blood management program in hospitals. This is a one of a kind summit designed by leaders in blood management from Mayo Clinic and Hartford Hospital. This course has been managed by Cleveland Clinic with participation by Mayo Clinic faculty. Following the successful 2011 course we will expand the program slightly for 2012.
